You buy Vesari Stylus once and it's yours. There's no subscription, ever, and nothing you rely on is ever taken away.
The short answer
Every tier is a one-time purchase. You're not renting the app and you never will be. Updates within the version you own are free, your library keeps playing forever no matter what, and if a future major version tempts you, upgrading is always your choice - never a bill that arrives on its own.
How the tiers work
There are three ways to own Vesari Stylus. Prices are shown before tax; your local VAT, GST, or sales tax is added at checkout.

Founder pricing rises when we launch publicly, so today's price is the lowest it will be. Every new install also starts with a generous 30-day trial, a real taste of the top tier on a generous trial allowance (what the allowance covers) (Analyze Quality and Discogs enrichment stay Lifetime unlocks); when it ends, you simply settle onto the permanent Free tier and your library keeps playing.
Pro is version-locked, and that's a good thing
When you buy Pro, you own that major version outright. It keeps working forever, and fixes and improvements within your version arrive as free updates.
When a new major version comes along one day, upgrading is entirely optional, at around $24.99. If you'd rather stay put, stay put - your version doesn't stop working, nag you, or lose features because a newer one exists. You paid for it; it's yours.
Moving from Pro to Lifetime
Want the premium output and the forever promise later? You pay the difference, not the full price again. What you already spent on Pro counts toward Lifetime, so you only cover the gap.
Lifetime means Lifetime
Buy Lifetime once and every future version - major ones included - is free, forever. No upgrade fee, no renewal, no expiry. Founder buyers are grandfathered in, so the promise you buy today is the promise you keep.
For the subscription-weary
If you're tired of software that holds your own music hostage behind a monthly fee, this is built for you:
- No subscription, ever. One payment, done.
- Nothing is taken away. Your library keeps playing on every tier, and playback is never gated.
- Updates within your version are free.
- No account, no tracking. Your licence key lives in the app, with no profile behind it. It does re-check with our server about once a week, to confirm it hasn't been refunded or revoked.
Good to know
The checkout and activation screens are still being finalised. When it goes live, you'll enter a licence key in the app to unlock your tier - no account required. Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy, who take care of payment, tax, and refunds (14 days, no questions asked).
