Free, Pro & Lifetime - what each tier includes
Every tier plays your whole library forever - the differences are the library power tools and the premium output lab. Here is the full picture, and it is a one-time purchase either way, never a subscription.
The one thing that is true across every tier
Playback is never gated. On Free, Pro, or Lifetime, your entire library plays forever, uncapped - no lockouts, no ads, no account, no tracking. That includes gapless, ReplayGain on playback, the graphic and parametric EQ, crossfeed, CUE, lyrics, listening to the rediscovery shelves and their one-tap Mix, and the honest signal-path badge. Those stay free for everyone, always. The one nearby action that is not: keeping a Rediscover Mix as a playlist of its own, which sits with the power tools below.
Where the tiers differ is the library power tools (auto-tagging, ripping, bulk editing, duplicate cleanup, mix saving) and the premium output lab. Everything below is one-time - no subscription, ever.

Founder prices rise at public launch, so the founder rate is the lowest it will ever be.
Free - plays everything, plus a real taste of the tools
Free is not a crippled trial. Your library plays in full, forever, and you also get a genuine taste of the power tools:
- Auto-tagging: a total of 100 tracks to try on your library.
- CD ripping: 5 discs.
- ReplayGain scan: a total of 100 tracks.
- Bulk tag edit and rename patterns: a total of 25 rows.
- Library health and duplicates: flagging issues is unlimited; the bulk fix or remove action is a paid unlock.
- Rediscovery shelves: listening and the one-tap Mix are unlimited; saving a mix as a playlist of its own is a paid unlock.
- Remote streaming: not capped at all. Stream to as many phones, tablets and endpoints as you like.
These are one-time totals per machine, not allowances that refresh. When you reach a cap, we simply invite you to upgrade - your library keeps playing regardless.
Pro - the power tools, uncapped
Pro is everything Free has, with all the library power tools unlocked and no caps: sweep your whole backlog with auto-tagging, rip unlimited discs, run the ReplayGain scanner without a limit, batch-edit tags freely, clear duplicates from Library Health in one go, and save every mix you like.
Version-locked, plainly: you own the major version you buy - it is yours forever, no expiry. When a future major version arrives, it is an optional discounted upgrade (around $24.99), never a forced one. Pro does not include the premium output lab.
Pro also opens ticket support once that system is live (see below); Free stays on the knowledge base.
Lifetime - everything, forever
Lifetime is everything Pro has, plus the premium output and DSP Rack: WASAPI Exclusive output, Discogs editions, and NAS transcoding - with ASIO output and advanced DSP arriving in an upcoming update. It also carries the forever promise - every future major version free, with founder buyers grandfathered in.
Support - what it is, and what we do not promise
We would rather under-promise here than have you discover the shape of it after paying.
The support system is still being built. What follows is how it is designed to work, and we will update this page as each piece goes live. The in-app Report a Bug form works today.
- Free uses the knowledge base - searchable articles, and a help chat that answers from them rather than improvising. No ticket.
- Pro and Lifetime will additionally be able to raise a support ticket, which is read and investigated automatically: triaged, matched against known issues, and - when a problem looks severe - investigated against the source code.
- We do not promise a reply from a human, at any tier, and there is no response-time SLA. This is a one-person company and that promise is one we could not keep. What we do promise: your report is genuinely looked at, confirmed fixes ship in updates, and every fix is reviewed by a human before release.
- Billing and licence questions go to a person - email
[email protected]. We read every one; we do not put a clock on the reply. - Bug reports from Free users are still read. They feed straight into product quality - they are simply not a support channel with a reply attached.
Trial, upgrades and billing
- Trial: a new install starts with a generous 30-day trial - a real taste of the top tier on a generous trial allowance (what the allowance covers), with Analyze Quality and Discogs enrichment kept as Lifetime unlocks. When it ends you move to permanent Free. Never a hard stop; your library keeps playing.
- Upgrading: moving from Pro to Lifetime, you simply pay the difference. No subscription, ever.
- Billing: sold through LemonSqueezy, who handle payment, tax, and refunds. Prices are shown without tax; your local VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
- Licence: you enter a signed licence key in the app - no account needed.
The checkout and activation screens are still being finalised. The founder prices above are the launch rates, and they rise once the founder window closes - so the founder price is the lowest it will ever be.
