Here's how paying for Vesari Stylus works: who handles your money, what tax you'll pay, and how to reach a human about a refund.
Who you buy from
Your purchase goes through LemonSqueezy, our payment partner. They act as the Merchant of Record - the business that officially sells you the licence, takes the payment, works out and remits your local tax, and processes any refund. Using an established partner means your card details go to a trusted payment processor rather than to us, and your receipt comes from them.
You buy once. There's no subscription, ever - nothing recurring lands on your card, and no account is required to own and run the app. Your licence is a key you enter in the app, and it's yours.
Taxes: what you'll pay on top
Every price you see - Pro, Lifetime, and upgrades - is listed tax-exclusive. The number shown is the base price, and your local tax is added at checkout:
- VAT in the UK and EU
- GST where it applies
- Sales tax in applicable US states and elsewhere
So the total at checkout may be a little higher than the sticker price, depending on where you live. There are no other hidden fees - just the price plus whatever tax your region requires, calculated for your location and shown on your receipt.
Your receipt and invoice
When you buy, LemonSqueezy emails you a receipt with your order details and your licence key. Keep that email - it's your proof of purchase and your route to anything billing-related. If you need a VAT invoice or another copy of your receipt, you can request it from that same order.
Refunds and billing help
Because LemonSqueezy is the Merchant of Record, they process refunds, so billing and refund requests go through your order rather than a separate account with us.
To get help:
- Find the order confirmation email LemonSqueezy sent you after purchase.
- Use the support or order link in that email to raise a refund or billing query.
- Can't find the email? Email us at [email protected] and we'll help you locate the order, even though the refund itself is handled by our payment partner.
We aim to be fair and straightforward - no fine-print traps. You have 14 days from your purchase to request a refund, no questions asked. This is shown at checkout and on your receipt, so you always know where you stand before you buy.
